Atilus is incredibly proud to announce that we have launched our latest project My Happy Trading!!!!

What is My Happy Trading? Well, it’s a top secret project we’ve been working on for nearly a year. Planning began around this time in 2007. MyHappyTrading.com is being described as:

Ebay for [financial] content

Ebay allows you to sell products, tables, chairs, body organs, etc.

MyHappyTrading.com allows you to sell your finance related content. Our automated system allows anyone who likes to write about finance (stocks, options, forex, etc.) to author content, record trades, and send email alerts to their followers and make monthly recurring revenue for providing this information… and so much more.

SOAMHO stands for South American Homes, a crazy domain name, and the company has some crazy plans. The basic site recently completed by Atilus for South American Homes Holdings was created to build awareness of new housing projects in Brazil & Peru.

South American Homes Holdings has some grand plans to bring incredibly affordable housing to the citizens of both Peru & Brazil. Using a very specialized building process and mixture, called Moladi, the housing can be quickly and cost-effectively erected helping families put a roof over their head. The construction is environmentally friendly and special precautions and technologies are being implemented to ward off disease carrying insects.

It was a pleasure working with everyone from South American Homes and we look forward to building out the site as their project and business progresses.

CarbonNet came to Atilus as many new clients do. Battered and upset. Unfortunately, CarbonNet’s former web development company left them with a nearly complete, but completely useless website. The website, which was supposed to feature a custom calculator and purchasing tool, was not complete, and after months of what was described as a “customer service nightmare,” they were hesitant ANY web development firm was legitimate and could truly meet their needs.

Fortunately, we took a chance on each other and the experience has been amazing!

Many of us at Atilus are alumni or current students of Florida Gulf Coast University and because of FGCU’s strong focus on the environment through various required courses we are all too aware of current environment problems both locally and nationally.

With that in mind, CarbonNet commissioned Atilus to finalize their website and build out a unique Carbon Calculator. The Carbon Calculator, is a simple tool by which you, a TERRIBLE POLLUTER, can plug in your average car mileage, electric bill, and Plane flights throughout the year, and get an immediate idea of how much CO2 you are emitting. And, in the same step, it automatically will tell you how many trees need to be planted in order for you to offset that CO2 you are emitting, even allowing you to immediately purchase those trees.

This one-stop-shop for pollutant awareness and resolution is a revolutionary idea and we hope to help everyone at CarbonNet grow and market the idea throughout the coming years.

The Island Coast AIDS Network (ICAN), was founded in 1987 and incorporated as a not for profit corporation in 1989.

Its mission is “To stop the spread of HIV/AIDS and assist individuals infected and affected in Southwest Florida.” As a community based AIDS service organization, ICAN provides a wide variety of services to its clients as well as the general public. Atilus is proud to have partnered up with ICAN to provide them with a sophisticated, content management based website with complete calendaring allowing them to reach their audience more quickly and efficiently and allowing the entire ICAN network to stay in touch and up-do-date on the latest news and events at ICAN.

The completely redesigned website features large easy to read text and navigation, email newsletter integration, and event and calendar management tools. It was a pleasure assisting this organization and helping them develop the unique, customized tools that would most benefit their key personnel and audience.

Luciano Boemi, MD, FACS a Naples Plastic Surgeon, and his team approached us recently. With a great looking site, sophisticated online seminar booking management tool and nice photo & video gallery they were ahead of the curve.

Unfortunately it just wasn’t performing as expected.

The site was nice looking and usable, but no one was visiting. After initial consulting and research we realized their site, although attractive, was not properly coded for marketing and search engine success. By restructuring the code, making it more friendly for general users, handicapped users, as well as search engines, and making sure to take careful care in crafting TITLE and META information we could quickly help the site rise in the search engines.

We are pleased to announce the release, and success of the Boemi restructuring. In just a few days since launch they are already ranking for desired and meaningful terms (”Plastic Surgeon of Naples“) getting in front of their target audience and seeing amazing results! We look forward to working with the Boemi team over the coming years, increasing their web presence and helping them to strategically marketing their business online.

Atilus is proud to launch Anytime Fitness’ Bonita Springs, Gym website. As the first official site launch under our new name we are particularly excited. The site which features a state-of-the-art backend system and gorgeous design allows Anytime Fitness’ staff to login, make text updates, add to the news & events section and it even allows visitors to comment. This feature in particular is an exciting implementation that we know will help gym members bond with the gym and create a deeper experience. The news & events section is already featuring many exciting posts on nutrition and also helps promote local fundraisers.
