Zach Katkin – President and CEO

Printed pamphlets and direct mailings are being supplemented with online e-newsletters due to the price advantages and reporting benefits they offer. Zach Katkin, received his first computer from his grandfather when he was 12 and couldn’t stop playing with it, taking it apart, and putting it back together. A decade later not much has changed.

Zach’s skills span the digital gamut, from initial design and project planning, to web site coding, implementation and marketing. He started Atilus along with friend, classmate, and co-worker, Harry Casimir, while employed as a Senior Web Developer and Internet Marketing Specialist at the nation’s premiere Attorney PR and Marketing firm. Zach Katkin has been working professionally, applying all of his skills to websites for local and national companies for nearly a decade.

Harry Casimir – Executive Vice President

Harry is the Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder of Bonita Springs-based Atilus, an award winning web development and internet marketing firm that specializes in the design and development of complex websites for multi-million dollar companies throughout the world. His team is responsible for more than 600 hundred websites throughout the world.

Casimir is also the President and CEO of Dixivox, an international Value Added Services (VAS) telecommunication company, which he founded in Haiti after the massive 2010 earthquake. Dixivox specializes in Voice Portal and SMS Solutions that allow mobile phone users to access an array of information directly from their phone. This includes business directories, banking information, lotto results, the latest news, sports, entertainment and much more. Casimir is also responsible for the foundation of the nonprofit Rele Anmwe in Haiti that helped earthquake victims locate vital information.

As an undergraduate student at FGCU, Harry volunteered for the Southwest Florida Small Business Development Center as an in-house Information Technologist. He worked as a Senior Student Web Developer for Florida Gulf Coast University and earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems in 2005. Harry is a member of the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM), the world’s largest educational and scientific computing society, and a member of the International Webmasters Association (IWA).

Prior to enrolling at FGCU, Harry served honorably in the United States Navy. He was among the first troops to enter Afghanistan under forward deployment after 9/11. He served in Iraq during “Operation Iraqi Freedom” and received an Honorable Discharge in ‘03. Harry is a member of the FGCU Alumni Association board of directors and is a trustee of Literacy Council Gulf Coast. He lives in Fort Myers with his wife and two children.

Matt Visaggio – Director of Marketing

Matt has a background in public policy, media relations, grant writing, and communication. The addition of Matt to our team correlates to a diversification of the communication and marketing offerings of the company. A 2005 graduate of Florida Gulf Coast University and past Chairman of the FGCU Alumni Association Fundraising Committee, Matt has been serving southwest Florida for the past five years in state government administration in Cape Coral. Familiar with crafting the messages of well-respected political figures, Matt’s knowledge of communication and message management adds a complementary level of expertise to the firm.

When not working at the firm, Matt teaches a course at Edison State College in Community Relations.
