Even More Changes… The Unique ID Web Design Blog

I was reading a blog post by fellow blogger, Graham Jones, regarding the importance and power of blogging:

..the PR industry itself reckons that blogs are a highly effective tool for business to share information with their publics. According to one study on blogging around 70% of PR companies believe that blogging is important for business. Strange then to see in the same study that only around a third of PR companies actually do any form of blogging…

Maybe you’re a plumber fixing pipes, removing old toilets and installing disposals, or maybe your a graphic designer aligning pamphlets and laying out brochures day in and day out, but have you ever noticed that when it comes time to help those closest to you, a family member that needs a business card, a friend whose toilet is leaking, that you seem to respond slowly? And, that person closest to you, yourself, never seems to benefit from your skills. Your own sink is corroded, the brochure for your own company is on the back burner. I suppose it’s human nature to put off what we can, especially when we we’re capable of completely handling something ourselves.

If this is you, stop, look around your room, or your office and designate some time in the immediate future to use your skills for yourself or your business.
