FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:
Bonita Springs, FL, Atilus, a full-service web development and Internet marketing firm, has partnered with John R. Wood Realtors to create, build, and maintain an extensive market analysis and reporting tool that will provide the company with a significant competitive advantage.
John R. Wood Realtors, which is responsible for billions of dollars in real estate transactions in Southwest Florida, has been providing realty services to Naples and surrounding areas for over 50 years. Comprising almost 300 real estate agents, the company has grown to twelve offices from Naples to Sanibel. To accommodate and promote future growth, John R. Wood has enlisted the help of Atilus to create a market analysis that will provide customers a continuation of the Wood firm’s statistical reporting. Wood has a multi-person operation for this purpose and is the only company providing this type of service.
“Our growth over the past decade has enabled us to continue to invest in technology, which we feel is a good investment because it benefits our clients, attracts the best agent talent, and has helped us outpace the competition,” says Phil Wood, President of John R. Wood Realtors. “After an extensive interview process with many web development companies, we’re excited to have signed on with Atilus for this project.”
Atilus is a Bonita Springs-based web development & Internet advertising firm that was founded in 2005. With 10 local, in-house employees, Atilus is one of the largest ad agencies in the area, specializing in custom development, programming and Internet advertising to clients throughout the world.
“To work with one of the most reputable and well-known brokerage firms in the area is a tremendous honor,” says Zach Katkin, CEO of Atilus. “The whole Atilus team is excited to bring some of the high-end web development and programming skills we’ve provided to a number of companies throughout the country to an amazing local business. I’m confident that we’ll work together to develop a final platform that revolutionizes John R. Woods’ business and allows them to even further distance themselves from the competition.”
