Everyday (sometimes twice) in my email box I receive a little treat titled Marketing Profs. This very insightful daily piece of email literature often inspires me to participate in the most up to date, out of the box marketing efforts that have received recent praise. But not this time. This time the intelligent and persuasive minds of Marketing Profs encouraged me to take the time to ask our clients and readers to point out any metaphorical zits on the face of our business.

…eventually your company will be…Walking around, oblivious to that big ol’ metaphorical zit on its face. And it’s better to hear about it than to continue in ignorance. “Not every review will be five stars,” he writes. “Not every comment will sing your praises. Not every user will be a die hard evangelist. But would you really want them to be? Without imperfections, we’d have a hard time believing you’re any good at all.”
